Renner RSF variable speed energy saving screw compressors
The Renner RSF range of variable speed screw compressors is designed for tough industrial applications. Available in motor sizes from 4 to 250kw, these variable speed machines adapt to meet the fluctuations of compressed air being used, significantly reducing the overall cost of your compressed air supply.
Renner RS screw compressors
The Renner RS range of oil injected screw compressors represents a modern and cost-effective way of generating your compressed air requirements. Renner have great expertise in this type of compression, with output options from 3 to 355kw, giving an end pressure of up to 15 bars. Renner screw compressors are designed for rigorous industrial applications, where long service life and relatively simple and low cost maintenance is desirable.

Oil water separators
Compressed air can contain water vapour and lubricants, which when cooled and vented through auto drains or timed drains, can form an emulsified oil water mixture. This mixture is not allowed to enter public drains and pollute surface or groundwater. You could be fined under the Water Resources Act.
Oil Water Separators installed in your compressed air system effectively separate the emulsified mixture to approximately 95% water and 5% oil.
The clean water can then enter the drainage system, and the waste oil which is trapped within the absorbent media is routinely taken away when the bags are changed during service by our engineers and disposed of at an approved waste management site.

- Pleated elements, four times the surface area of standard elements means better performance, with lower pressure drops.
- Grade 2 element particle removal to 3 micron
- Grade 3 element oil removal down to 0.1mg/m3
- Grade 4 element oil removal down to 0.01mg/m3
- Grade 5 element oil removal down to 0.003mg/m3
- Automatic drains as standard. Spare elements readily available.

Compressed air receivers - vertical and horizontal
Aircat Limited can supply various sizes of air receivers, both in horizontal and space saving vertical design. They come with fittings kit, relief valve and gauge.
Our most popular vertical air receivers are 300, 500, 1000 and 2000 litre capacity.
